Wanting to improve the user experience on the customer portal, the marketing and communications team at Avery Dennison collaborated with me on a full redesign. I used my knowledge of UX/UI principles to design a new product search page, individual product pages, customer portal homepage, account page, and check out process pages. One of the goals was to make the “My Avery Dennsion” site feel more cohesive and on-brand with the public facing site from a visual perspective.
During this project I worked with multiple contributors and used customer feedback and site analytics to make decisions that improved functionality.
