Bravo Wellness — Sales Support

While working at Bravo, I frequently collaborated with the sales team to shape the brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging within the marketplace and web/social media presence. We worked together to organize and design slides for introductory and finalist presentations that highlighted important selling points to each specific potential client. Additionally I refreshed and provided new leave behind documents, sell sheets, and proposal templates.

 

A Consistent Message —

An important aspect of working with the sales team was to ensure a consistent brand story was being told across all platforms including PowerPoint presentations, the market-facing website, and social media. Organizing data and statistics in a visually impactful way was also important to back up the claims made by Bravo.

 
 

A High Level Overview —

In addition to a library of sell sheets for different products and features, and a robust configurable sales deck, sales representatives wanted a core document to present Bravo at a high level. This “executive summary” was a key introductory or leave behind tool. It acted as the “elevator pitch” and condensed all of the important points of what Bravo does, its track record of success, and a product example into one document.

 
 

An Attractive Proposal —

Previous versions of the sales proposal were bland itemized invoices with no visual hierarchy. They were difficult to read and looked unprofessional. For this refresh I added a cover page and some basic information to go with a cleaned up and organized pricing table to make proposals look more attractive and easy to read.
