Bravo Wellness — Website Redesign

One of my main responsibilities at Bravo was to update and maintain the market facing website. I led a complete overhaul, including a new navigation structure, updated brand look & feel, and updated content in order to better align with sales goals and create a more streamlined user experience. During this project, I collaborated with a talented team of copywriters and sales representatives.

Additionally, I developed custom HTML modules, CSS styles, and JavaScript to enhance the functionality of the site to be more engaging and interactive including intersection observers to trigger loading animations, accordion drop down text, and carousels.

Home & Navigation —

The previous homepage was being used as a secondary navigation menu with no content about what the company does. Being the page with the highest traffic, the new design has important content right away about Bravo’s services as well as key selling points to engage potential leads. The navigation bar only has links to essential pages to help streamline the user experience. Visitors can now easily access the most important content, instead of having to explore deep into the site.

Results & Our Programs —

These two pages were added to condense valuable content that was spread out across seven pages. The previous structure followed a branded narrative, however there was a large drop off in traffic across the sequential pages. Moving all of that content into the Our Programs page allowed Bravo to tell its full story and showcase its differentiators in one place. The Results page was added to give more value to potential leads, showing Bravo’s effectiveness through statistics and case studies.

Imagery —

I chose images that reflected Bravo’s target audience of healthcare and manufacturing industry employers. The previous version of the website focused heavily on line icons. Using photographic images of people brings a down to earth feeling to the site and increases the connection to the target audience.

Interactivity & Engagement —

Call-to-action buttons are placed throughout the site that guide the visitor to each page in a persuasive narrative (Home to Our Programs to Results) where each page has more compelling content than the previous. There is tasteful and subtle motion across the site as well including loading on scroll animations, autoplay carousels, and dropdown accordion text.
